Privacy Policy

01 Who we are

This site is operated by PortfolioAI LLC (“PortfolioAI”, “we”, “us”) of 1 Beacon St, Boston MA 02108. We provide technology consulting and implementation, including AI-driven automation, to RIAs and wealth-management firms, across their CRM, portfolio reporting, financial planning and billing systems.

02 What we collect

Deliberately narrow. There is no account and no login on this site.

Waiting list

Your name, work email, firm name and website, the one task you'd most like removed, and optionally which CRM you run. Stored in our database and in a Google Sheet our team works from. See section 04. Your IP address and browser string stay in our database and are not put in the sheet. Ask us and we'll remove you from both.

Booking details

Your name, email, the time you chose, and anything you type into the notes field. Collected by our scheduling provider. See section 04.

Email correspondence

If you write to us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.

Technical data

Our server receives the IP address and browser user-agent of each request, as all web servers do. We do not build profiles from it.

Please don’t send client-identifying data by email. We’ll agree a secure channel before any engagement begins.

03 Cookies and local storage

We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, kept in localStorage as pai-theme. It never leaves your device, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it.

04 Third parties

Cal.com

Our scheduling provider. Booking a call takes you to Cal.com, and what you enter there is processed under their privacy policy.

Google Workspace

The waiting list is kept in a Google Sheet, so the name and email you give us are stored on Google's infrastructure under their privacy policy. Only our team can open it.

Google Fonts

Typefaces are served by Google, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Nothing else is shared.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

05 Why we hold it, and for how long

We use what we collect only to reply to you, hold the meeting you booked, and run any engagement that follows. The lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started.

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Records tied to a paid engagement are kept as long as contract and tax law requires.

06 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to its processing. Email hello@portfolioai.us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

07 Security

The site is served over HTTPS under a strict content security policy, and access to anything we hold is limited to people who need it for the work. No system is perfectly secure and we won't pretend otherwise, but we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

08 Changes

We update this page when the site changes; adding analytics or a contact form would mean revising sections 02 and 03. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
